Downtown Toronto
Venue revealed to confirmed participants
Strictly limited to five participants.

You have met the right people.
Attended the events.
Exchanged contact information.
Explained what you do.
Followed up.
Perhaps you have even had conversations that felt enormously promising.
And yet, the business does not always follow.
Someone expresses interest but never commits. A potential partner loves your idea but cannot offer anything concrete. A prospect keeps asking questions without making a decision. You spend hours nurturing relationships that lead nowhere, while opportunities you could have pursued slip past.
Or perhaps your challenge begins earlier.
You know your work is valuable, but explaining that value does not come naturally. You are not sure who your ideal customers really are, how to reach them, or how to move a conversation from polite interest to a serious commercial opportunity.
The problem is not necessarily your product, your network, or your ability to sell.
It may be how you are approaching the people in front of you.
Behind every buying decision is a person with ambitions, incentives, obligations, fears, and competing priorities.
Understanding those forces changes the way you sell.
You learn to identify the decision-makers who matter, distinguish genuine interest from politeness, and recognize when pursuing an opportunity is no longer worth your time.
You also learn to communicate differently.
Instead of explaining everything you do, you learn to make the right parts of your work relevant to the person listening.
Instead of asking for favours, you learn to propose mutually beneficial arrangements.
Instead of chasing every opportunity, you become more discerning about the people, partnerships, and transactions worth pursuing.
Good sales is not about convincing everyone. It is about understanding whom you can genuinely serve, why they should choose you, and how to make the next step easy.
Not everyone is your customer, and not everyone deserves your time. Learn how to identify promising prospects, qualify opportunities, find decision-makers, and recognize buying signals before investing heavily in a relationship.
People rarely make decisions on price or product features alone. Explore the incentives, motivations, and competing interests that influence purchasing decisions, partnerships, and commercial commitments.
Learn how to move naturally from introductions and conversations into meaningful commercial discussions. Build relationships that are genuine, mutually beneficial, and capable of producing results.
If someone cannot understand why your work matters to them, even an extraordinary product can be difficult to sell. Develop clearer positioning, stronger brand messaging, and a value proposition that connects your offer to your prospect's priorities.
Explore how to approach potential collaborators, propose compelling exchanges of value, and create partnerships that make commercial sense for everyone involved.
One of the most expensive mistakes in founder-driven sales is pursuing the wrong opportunity for too long. Recognize misalignment, manage your pipeline, and leave room for better business.
Understand how to recognize readiness, address hesitation, make a clear proposal, and guide a promising conversation toward a decision without resorting to pressure or manipulation.
Most sales training teaches a system and leaves you to figure out how it applies to your business.
This session begins with your business.
With only five participants, there is space to examine the situations you are actually navigating, the people you are hoping to reach, and the opportunities that have proven difficult to convert.
You will also hear how other founders approach their commercial challenges, opening up perspectives and possibilities that may not have occurred to you.
This experience is intended for founders, independent professionals, and business owners who personally sell their products, services, or expertise.
You may be early in your business and trying to establish a reliable sales process. You may already have clients but want to move into higher-value relationships, corporate partnerships, or sponsorships.
What matters is that you have something valuable to offer and are prepared to examine how you bring it to market.
No particular industry or sales experience is required.
